First Bethel United Methodist Church
Small Group Studies

Nothing can replace the face-to-face interaction of a small group. In a small group setting, you can connect with others on a deeper level, share your thoughts in a safe environment, and have your questions answered.

Periodically at First Bethel, surveys of potential class offerings on a wide range of subjects are made available to the congregation. People are then given the opportunity to vote for the class or classes that interest them, and those results are used to decide which classes will be offered. Usually, each pastor teaches a class, or they teach a class collaboratively. Topics can range from Biblical studies to life issues to pretty much anything else! Sometimes additional classes, such as American Sign Language, are offered as well. Many possibilities for study exist, but one thing is certain: studying with a small group is a fun and rewarding experience!
